Refund Policy
Players may withdraw from tournaments and receive a refund only if the request is made prior to May 16, 2012 (the last Rules Clinic).
There will be no refunds for withdrawals (except for medical reasons) or events missed by a player suspended from the Tour. All approved refunds will be issued at the end of the season (Refund requests must be submitted in writing and approved by the Board of Directors).
