Registered Users:

If you are a current member of our tour or another tour that uses ShotStat.

  1. Click on the "Login Icon" to login and register for season membership or tournaments.

If you need to retrieve your UserName/Password:

  1. Click on the "Login Icon" and then click on the "Forgot Password" link on the Login screen to reset your password.
  2. Enter in the "Parent Email" and submit.  Your UserName and a temporary Password will be emailed to your parent email.

 

New Website Users Registration:

If you are new and need to create a new account.

  1. Click on the "Register Icon".
  2. Enter your Parent information first and choose your own unique UserName and Password
  3. After you have submitted your parent account, a new form will appear to enter your junior golfer information
  4. You can add additional junior golfers by visiting your account dashboard.

 

Registering for the Annual Membership:

In order to play in tournaments on the tour, except for the "Big C" Scholarship Tournament, you must pay the annual membership fee first. 

  1. After you've entered your parent and player information, navigate to the Player Info / Membership in the main menu.
  2. Your junior golfer(s) will show up in a box at the top of the screen. A parent will also show up, but you do not need to pay a membership fee for the parent, only the golfers.
  3. Click the box for the membership fee for the player ($35). The box will turn red and the item will be added to the cart.
  4. If you want to register for tournaments at the same time, navigate to the "Schedule" on the main menu and follow the instructions below.'
  5. When you complete checkout, the website will email you a receipt showing your registration. If you don't receive a receipt, something didn't work and you have not completed registration successfully. If you need help, click the Contact Us at the top of this page. 

 

Registering for Tournaments:

  1. Login to the site
  2. Navigate to the Tournament List by going to "Schedule" in the main menu.
  3. Your junior golfer(s) will show up on the bottom right of each tournament
  4. Click the players for the tournaments in which your child(ren) will play (The box will turn red) and item will be added to cart.
  5. After you check out, the website will email you a receipt showing your registrations. If you don't receive a receipt, something didn't work and you may not be properly registered. 
  6. After you've registered for a tournament, you can go to the Schedule, select the tournament, hit "More Information" to see the players registered for the tournament. Your player should show in the list. If he/she is does not show, something didn't work and he/she may not be registered for the event. 

 

Account Dashboard:

  • When logged in, click on the "Account" Icon next your name on the top right of the page.
  • At your dashboard, you can edit your account or your junior golfer account(s).
  • To add a junior golfer to your account, click on the "Plus" Icon.
